Return/Refund Policy

Activations / Upgrades

  • Buyer’s Remorse Policy - customers can return their hardware and deactivate their Rogers Wireless account without penalty. Customer is responsible for their usage
  • Buyer’s Preference Policy - provides customers with the flexibility of returning hardware that they would like to exchange for a different model. These customers are not deactivating their Rogers account.
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy - replaces customer’s handset that has malfunctioned with a new complete handset.
    • The eligibility rules for buyer’s remorse and /or buyer’s preference policies are similar in that all cases it must have been within 15 days of purchase / activation / 30 minutes usage on customer’s account, proof of purchase is required, and the product must be returned to the point of purchase in the complete package and in like new condition.
    • The difference is the eligibility criteria.
    • For DOA where the handset has malfunctioned there is no usage limitation; it is unlimited usage. DOA must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
    • Buyer’s Preference and Buyer’s Remorse have 30 minutes of talk time limitations.

Accessory Sales

  • Regular stock may be returned in new condition, with receipt and original packaging, within 30 days. (Headphones and headsets are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons).
