Shane is known for his detail oriented thinking and his true leadership style, and believes that building long lasting relationships is the key ingredient to successful business. Shane’s educational background includes Application Programming from Eastern Business Computer Institute, as well as Network & Communications Technology from CompuCollege School of Business, both of which have complimented his career progression in the Wireless Communications industry.
Shane has over 12 years experience at AML Communications Inc. Starting with retail sales in 1998, Shane progressed to Store Manager, Marketing Manager, District Sales Manager, and most recently was promoted to Director of Corporate Sales for Atlantic Canada, now leading AML's Outbound sales and administrative team in Atlantic Canada.

Dave O’Connor is a senior sales leader with over 12 years of corporate account management experience focused on wireless communication solutions with AML Wireless and Rogers Communications. David manages over 150 accounts in the tri-city area with a strong focus on providing innovative cost saving solutions for his client partners. Dave is comfortable working and negotiating at all levels of any organization and prides himself on finding a way to make people and organizations successful.
Dave is a consultative business partner who puts the needs of his customers first. His approach drives real and lasting change for any organization that he provides solutions to. Dave becomes an integral part of any organization and will not stop until he has resolved your goals, problems and needs.
Dave received his undergraduate degree from York University where he majored in Business Administration. Dave is a native of Kitchener Ontario, has two children and is happily married to his wife Lisa.

As a Senior Sales Consultant with AML Communications, Sharon Thomas brings with her 28 years of experience and training in a Telecommunications Environment.
For the past 15 years, Sharon has specialized in the Wireless Sales and Service industry promoting Rogers Wireless Products.
Sharon possesses the professional experience and expertise to successfully manage and support accounts in Hamilton, Burlington, Niagara, and surrounding areas, and is experienced with working with Government, Public sector and large Corporate accounts.
Sharon has been fortunate to be associated with many business leaders in the area, and she enjoys being an active member of Hamilton, and Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
She is married with 2 daughters, and enjoys the outdoors while hiking, camping, and bicycling in her spare time.

Richard Kowch is a senior sales leader with over 12 years of Account Management experience primarily in the Wireless communications field. He has provided superior Customer Service with a focus on understanding the goals and needs of his customers, helping to meet their objectives by providing solutions that help them succeed in their organization. Richard is comfortable working with clients at all levels of any organization and takes on a consultative approach in working with people and organizations.
Prior to working with AML, Richard was a Corporate Account Executive for Rogers Wireless where he was responsible for the relationship between Rogers and the Tri-City’s largest employers. Currently a Senior Corporate Account Executive with AML, Richard is responsible for the management of AML’s corporate customer base including building relationships and penetrating high and wide into client accounts.
Richard received his undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph where he majored in Management Economics. Born and raised in Hamilton Ontario, Richard presently makes his home in Guelph Ontario where he moved to in order to further his education.
Richard is a proud father of 2 teenaged children and is happily married to his wife Kim. Richard is an avid skier, hockey player and golfer.

Paul Cummins, Corporate Sales Professional., is a native of New Brunswick. Through out his career Paul has resided in Nova Scotia & PEI and is currently residing in NB.
Paul has spent the past 21 years in Management Roles in the Retail and Grocery Environment and as Account Managers in the Financial, Office equipment and Communications Industries. Paul’s current role as Corporate Sales Professional for AML Communications (Rogers Authorized Dealer) has Paul Managing Major Accounts throughout New Brunswick and PEI.
In Paul’s career he has obtained many sale excellence and Management achievement awards. He has also spent time volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Canada plus offered his time as treasurer for the Kinsmen of NS. He has also worked with Scouts Canada, and has volunteered and coached in many other organizations thru out his career.
John Gold

John Michael Gold, is a native of Nova Scotia. Over the last 14 years John has been involved in the Halifax Business Community. His career began after University as an owner operator of a landscape and demolition company. His passion for sales and technology lead him to career in the wireless industry starting in 1999.
John spent 7 years working retail sales in the wireless industry. He was promoted to retail sales manager of the mic mac mall Rogers’s location. His passion for customer service helped grow the location to one of the top retail stores in Canada. Looking for new challenges and a career change John accepted a role a senior corporate sales professional. Here he excels in building corporate solutions and long term relationship for some of the largest companies in Nova Scotia.
John is very active in the community. He spends a lot of his free time volunteering seniors and disadvantaged youth in our community. John is an active member of the Halifax Chamber and the Metro Business Association.

Karen Irving, a 13 year professional in the wireless communication industry currently holds the position as Corporate Sales Consultant for AML Communications specializing in small to medium businesses in the Burlington, Hamilton, Toronto and surrounding areas.
Her dedication to customer satisfaction has made her highly respected by her customers; she always goes above and beyond for the customer.
Karen professionalism and knowledge of the Roger Wireless Network and products has made her an important part of the AML Communication Team.
She loves the outdoors especially gardening and trying to play golf; she is involved in the Lester B. Pearson Badminton Club where she holds the Executive Treasurer position, she is also a member of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce.
Adam Schellenberg
Adam Schellenberg is a native of Ottawa Ontario where he lived for 17 years, until his move to Nova Scotia where he currently resides. With his passion for business he attended Saint Mary’s University for 4 years where he completed his Undergraduate Degree in Commerce with a major in Marketing and Management.
During his 4th year University he began working as a sales rep for AML Communications part time on their Spring Garden Road location. As his knowledge and passion for sales in the telecommunication industry grew, he joined AML’s Corporate Sales team to look after major business accounts in Atlantic Canada.
During his years of outbound sales experience, Adam has received numerous sales awards in his region. He continues to network and get involved in community events to help grow his relationships with community leaders and businesses.

Dawn Webster started here with AML Communications over 5 years ago as Corporate Sales Administrator and since has excelled to become our Corporate Sales Administrative Manager.
During her 5 + years with AML Communications she has gained a great deal of passion and knowledge pertaining to our corporate clients through out Atlantic Canada. She understands the importance of her role in making sure that the needs of our corporate clients are met above their expectations on a daily basis.
Dawn’s role here with AML Communications is to manage all of the Corporate sales Administrators, Control inventory, complete all orders and requests with in a 24hr turn around time and above all to make sure only the highest of customer service is achieved.
Alisa Rae Dunham

Corporate Sales Administrator, Alisa Dunham has been with AML Communications (Rogers Wireless) for 6 years. She started as a Sales Representative and worked her way up to a Store Manager and then on to Corporate Sales Administration. In the 6 years that she has been with the company, she has won several certificates and sales awards.
Her job responsibilities include customer service, processing and shipping orders, inventory control as well as account maintenance and optimization.
Previously Alisa worked as a Regional Manager for 3 years at Airwaves, another authorized Rogers dealer. She brings that knowledge and her organizational skills to help improved customer service and overall performance.
