Login Issues:
If you're having difficulties logging in, please try the following:
Confirm all of your login credentials for accuracy (Username and Password).
Ensure that no one else in your organization has changed your username and/or password without informing you.
If you are copying and pasting your login information, please ensure that spaces are not being copied to the login fields at the end of any login credential (if they are, please delete the spaces from the login field before clicking “login”). NOTE: we strongly recommend not storing your password electronically to avoid possible unwanted access.
Forgot your Username or Password:
You must have an e-mail address on file with us as well as a valid Corporate Account in order to reset your username or password. To begin this process, please call us at 902-468-3642 and be prepared to provide some basic contact information, your email address and corporate account user name.
